The acceptance of any order by Le Moulin de la Motte Herb Farm is on the understanding that the following Terms and Conditions have been read and accepted.

THE PLANTS.

The utmost care has been taken to ensure that all the plants that are sent out by me are true to type and free from pests and diseases.

There is no guarantee that the plants will flower in their first year.

THE USE OF PLANTS.

Not all herbs are edible so if you are at all in doubt seek expert advise and do not consume.

In the case of medicinal herbs, use only after seeking the advice of a fully qualified medical practitioner. Do not use together with any other drugs.

OTHER PRODUCTS.

All products not grown by me are supplied on the understanding that I do not have any control over the quality control of that product.

ORDERS.

Orders are accepted subject to there being stocks available.

Should I be out of stock of anything then you will be advised by e-mail as to when the product will become available so that you can decide what action you wish me to take.
