The acceptance of any order by The Moulin de la Motte Herb Farm is on the understanding that the following Terms and Conditions have been read and accepted.

DELIVERY

Goods are usually sent by Colissimo and have to be signed for.

Goods normally leave The Moulin de la Motte on Monday Afternoons.

THE DELIVERY CHARGE IS FOR FRANCE ONLY. Any other destinations please e-mail me for a price.

Up to 20 Euros of goods 8.50 Euro. Over 20 euro of goods. 6.50 Euro.

FREE DELIVERY OVER 75 Euro. FRANCE ONLY.

IF YOU LIVE WITHIN A 30 KM RADIUS OF THE FARM WHICH IS SITUATED NEAR EYMET I WILL DELIVER TO YOUR HOUSE AT THE SAME RATES AS STATED ABOVE AT A TIME WHICH IS CONVENIENT TO US BOTH. IDEAL IF YOU WORK DURING THE WEEK.

DAMAGED GOODS AND COMPLAINTS

Any shortages, damage or pilferage must be reported to myself and the carriers in writing within three days of receipt. So DO NOT sign for any package that is damaged open or partially missing.

I cannot accept responsibility or offer any refund if this condition is not met.

Damaged goods must be retained for inspection if required.

Complaints can only be considered if made in writing with in seven days of despatch to Mel Prett Le Moulin de la Motte 24500 Ste Eulalie d'Eymet France.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All goods are sent at the price shown on the day of order.

Credit card transactions are by PAYPAL for which you must set up an account. This can be done by following the instructions at the checkout. I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

LIABILITY

My liability for goods supplied is limited to the replacement of the said goods or a refund of the purchase price, at my discretion.

All other claimes including consequential loss are hereby excluded.

FORCE MAJEURE

I cannont be held responsible for any delay or non deliver of goods because of an act of god, strike, lock-out, riot, breakdown of transport, fire or any other cause which is out of my control.
